Our pigs are USDA butchered locally then individually wrapped in cryovac vacuum sealed packages, frozen and delivered back to the farm for your pick up. Fresh product is available upon request. Delivery available in the Hartford/Pioneer Valley area for an additional charge of $50.
Our pork is truly a reflection of the care and diet they receive at our farm, try it for yourself, we know you will agree.
We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible, understandably delivery time is dependent on inventory.

These are available for pre-order with a $150 non refundable deposit. Price is calculated on the hanging weight and can be custom cut upon request, check delivery time by emailing or calling the farm. Are you doing a pig roast and need a specific size roaster – order now and we will grow your pig to the approximate size you need for your roast.
Your cost is based on the whole pig hanging weight, ranging on average between 250-325 lbs. x $5.25/lb. plus a Processing Fee of $1.35/lb. that includes butchering, packaging, smoking and sausage preparation.
Whole pigs yield is approximately 80%-82% of the hanging weight, which includes prime cuts, bacon, sausage, lards, head, feet, etc.
Your cost is based on the 1/2 pig hanging weight on average of 125-160 lbs. x $5.55/lb. plus a Processing Fee of $1.35/lb. that includes butchering, packaging, smoking and sausage preparation.

Our pork packages contain approximately 20 lbs of our pork products. For package preorders a $25.00 deposit is required, balance due at pick up.

A touch of Italy is yours, Corsello Butcheria in Easthampton prepares the following Italian cuts to choose from for packaging; Ossobuco, Porchetta, Pancetta di Maiale (pork belly), Filetto di Maiale (tenderloin), Cotolette di Maiale (Pork Cutlets), Salsiccia di Maiale (Hot/Sweet Sausage), Bistecca di Maiale ( Bone in Chops), Guance di Maiale (Pork Cheeks), Arrosto di Maiale (Loin Roast), Spuntature (Ribs).
EGGS BY THE DOZEN
Our chickens are pasture raised, supplemented with vegetables and non GMO grains and loved. Our yolks are a deep yellow and orange and sometimes a double yolk appears. Our colorful mix will delight young and old alike. Stop by for our Saturday egg sales 9:30-3:30.
