Our pigs are USDA butchered locally then individually wrapped in cryovac vacuum sealed packages, delivered back to the farm for your pick up. Delivery available in the Hartford/Springfield area for an additional charge of $50. Our Pork Products will be available for pick up or delivery in early December 2019.

These are available for pre-order with a $150 non refundable deposit. Price is calculated on the hanging weight and can be custom cut upon request. Roaster pricing is available upon request.
Your cost is based on the whole pig hanging weight which is approximately 200-260 lbs. x $5.25 plus a Processing Fee of $1.35/lb. , which includes butchering, packaging, smoking and preparing sausage.
Whole pigs yield approximately 150-200 lbs of freezer meat.
Your cost is based on the 1/2 pig hanging weight on average of 100-130 lbs. x $5.55 plus an additional Processing Fee of $1.35/lb., which includes butchering, packaging, smoking and preparing sausage will be applied.
1/2 pig yield approximately 75-100 lbs. of freezer meat.
Our pork packages contain approximately 20 lbs of our pork products. For package preorders a $25.00 deposit is required, balance due at pick up.

A touch of Italy is yours, Corsello Butcheria in Easthampton prepared the following Italian cuts for packaging; Ossobuco, Porchetta, Pancetta di Maiale (pork belly), Filetto di Maiale (tenderloin), Cotolette di Maiale (Pork Cutlets), Salsiccia di Maiale (Hot/Sweet Sausage), Bistecca di Maiale ( Bone in Chops), Guance di Maiale (Pork Cheeks), Arrosto di Maiale (Loin Roast), Spuntature (Ribs).
Due to requests a limited number of piglets are available for late spring/early summer pickup at the cost of $200 per pig. Deposits can be made below.
